Monitoring high-voltage electrical equipment at
utilities and factories is incredibly risky to the people and equipment involved. Our continuous
condition monitoring solutions, provide maintenance teams with critical insight into equipment
conditions before they start opening access panels and doors. Let us show you how you can
protect your people and the hard to replace equipment and improve up-time KPIs at the same
time.
The AZN3240 is a wireless battery-free temperature sensor. This rugged sensor monitors electric distribution and switching equipment temperatures. Applications include utility-grade electric power distribution, factory and industrial electric service switchgear and other applications where metal surfaces are common
The AZN3250 is a wireless battery-free temperature sensor. This rugged sensor is designed to monitor mechanical plant and equipment temperatures in the harsh and extreme environments common in industrial settings. Typical applications include electric motor protection, bearing temperature monitoring, heating and cooling equipment (HVAC) efficiency monitoring, switchgear and other applications where metal surfaces are common.
The AZN3256 is a small form factor industrial-grade, rugged, wireless battery-free temperature sensor. The AZN3256 is now our “preferred” rugged sensor that can accurately monitor the temperature in many different applications. Suitable for operation in space-constrained applications and on-metal operation. Typical applications included predictive maintenance of electrical switchgear and motors, data-centers, and monitoring manufacturing processes."
This proof of concept trial kit includes 25 AZN3256 wireless passive tempreature sensors, the SensThys CS108 RFID reader plus software allowing instant sensor measurements.
Date centers employ busbars to distribute large amounts of electric power to servers and communications equipment. Daily use and aging causes component connections to loosen over time, which creates dangerous arcing conditions that can vaporize busbars in dangerous explosions. Our long range sensors identify unusual temperature increases, which are a sign of pending failure. Alert maintenance teams before these catastrophic failures occur.
