Axzon's flexible Peel”N”Stick sensors are
wireless battery-free sensors that are designed to measure temperature and
moisture in many applications and environments. These flexible sensors provide a low costs solution for monitoring the environment or product
temperatures and can easily be attached to almost any surface. These flexible sensors are available in different versions
that have been optimized for specific applications including on-metal or on non-metal surfaces, for temperature
only, or temperature and moisture.
Applications are almost endless and include many Industrial IoT 4.0 applications, healthcare and cold chain monitoring.
Axzon's rugged hard sensors are passive,
wireless temperature sensors that are
designed to for industrial type
applications and require on-metal mounting and the sensor maybe operated in a hostile environment. This rugged sensor can be used in many
applications including switchgear contact
assemblies, cable heads, busbars, Power distribution Units (PDUs), Ring main
Units (RMUs) and other applications where metal surfaces are common.
Axzon's flexible or rugged hard sensors
not suitable for your application? Then design your own. We can supply either
our M3D or M3E in die form bumped and on a wafer or in tape and reel in a QFN
These die or packaged sensors can be attached to antennas and integrated into many other products to provide a fully
integrated wireless sensor solution.
Targeted at the automotive industry
• A one-stop package
• Hardware, sensors, software and services
• On-site rapid proof-of-concept of leak detection
• Bootstrap customer from zero to hero
Turn your manufacturing SMART with real-time data in the assembly process, or let new in-cabin sensors put you in the driver’s seat.
We understand your need to improve assembly quality while controlling warranty and rework costs. It’s an unfortunate reality that 3% of vehicles leave the factory with assembly issues and leaks. What’s worse is that these leaks cause mold growth and
damage electronics, driving up the warranty repair costs. The secondary risk of recalls, class actions, and overall brand erosion are equally worrying
